Kafras are employees of the Kafra Corporation. Their job is to provide players with certain services. These services include:

== Services ==
=== Teleport Service ===
The teleport service allows you to pay a small amount of [[zeny]] to instantly travel to another location (usually cities). Some Kafras have teleport services to outside of dungeons. The price for using this service usually depends on this distance between where you are and where you want to go. If you have a {{item |id=7060 Free Ticket for Kafra Transportation}}, you may use this ticket to negate the cost of one teleport.

=== Storage Service ===
Allows you to access your [[storage]] (For that server only, no cross-server storage allowed). By paying 40 [[Zeny]] (500 Zeny on iRO [[Valkyrie]] and kRO [[F2P]]), you may transfer (transferable) items to your storage, and take items in your storage out. All of your characters on the same account have access to the same storage. The maximum amount of separate items that your storage can hold is 600 (300 on [[Valkyrie]]). You must have the [[Novice]] [[Basic Skill]] level 6 to access your storage. If you have a {{Item |id=7059 Free Ticket for Kafra Storage}}, you may use this ticket to negate the cost of accessing your storage once.

Saves your respawn point (where you go after you die) at or close to the Kafra employee. This service is free, and you may use it as many times as you want.

This service allows you to carry a cart. It is only available to [[merchant]] and [[Super Novice|super novice]] classes with the [[Pushcart]] skill. Once obtained, your cart can be accessed using Alt+W.

Following the 2009 April Fool's event on iRO, a special Monster Card headgear was released, which added the chance for monsters killed by the wearer to drop Blank Cards. Blank Cards can be redeemed at the Kafra Headquarters for the following rewards:

== Dungeon Teleport Elections ==
In each major city of [[Rune-Midgarts Kingdom]], a special Kafra and Cool Event Corp. Employee are found close to each other. Players over level 70 may vote for whom they would like to win. An announcement is occasionally made throughout the entire game informing players the current status of the election. Once a winner is chosen, that NPC will provide warps to certain dungeons. The dungeons that are available depend on when that NPC last won an election and by how large a margin it won the current election.

Voting is open for 24 hours. If neither side receives at least 20 votes, voting remains open for another 24 hours (repeat until someone has at least 20 votes). Teleport service lasts for 144 game hours (6 days). The mechanism counting time for this is an actual in game NPC, so time does not elapse during server maintenance (or when the zone controlling [[Einbroch]] has crashed).
