Novice Skill Quest Requirements Base Level: 4 (Outside Training Grounds) Class: Novice Item(s) (Consumed): 3 Red Herbs and 3 Clovers (Outside Training Grounds) Rewards Quest Reward(s): Ability to use First Aid Special Note 1: Novices are automatically taught this skill by going through the Training Grounds and talking to the Monk NPC. Special Note 2: When a character rebirths and becomes a High Novice, they are automatically taught First Aid regardless of whether they had it previously. 1. Talk to Nami inside the inn just west of the center of Prontera, the door is on the north side of the building. 2. To get the sterilized bandage go inside the Prontera Castle and get it from the Nurse Instructor. From the Prontera entrance he can be found by heading north 3 times then make a right to the 2nd floor and talk to the Nurse Instructor. He will then give you the sterilized bandage. 3. Go back to Nami and talk to her to get the skill. Play Dead Quest Novice Skill Quest Requirements Base Level: Job Level: 7 Class: Novice Skill Requirements: First Aid Rewards Quest Reward(s): Ability to use Play Dead Note: When a character rebirths and becomes a High Novice, they are automatically taught Play Dead regardless of whether they had it previously. 1. Talk to the Prontera Chivalry Member at the Prontera Chivalry, the building in the top-left corner of Prontera. When you go in the member is near the "bottom" of the room ( 73, 87). 2. He will tell you that you have 10 minutes to get a Newbie Tag from the east wing of Prontera Castle. 3. Walk over to the same Nursing Instructor from the First Aid quest and he will give you a real physical newbie tag item. Walk back to Prontera Chivalry member again and he teaches you the skill.
